Integrating GBA Plus into Organizational Practices
This section provides resources to introduce and strengthen understanding of Gender-Based Analysis Plus (GBA Plus) and intersectionality. These concepts explore how factors such as gender, race, age, and disability intersect to shape experiences.
For internal use, management can leverage these insights to promote workplace equity. Externally, organizations can apply an equity lens to their policies, programs, and services to ensure fair and inclusive treatment of newcomers with diverse identities
This section provides organizations with tools to assess internal structures, policies, and staff diversity, helping identify gaps and opportunities for greater equity and inclusion. This section is divided into two subsections:
This subsection evaluates an organization’s readiness to implement equity initiatives. It includes tools and resources to assess internal processes, staff capacity, and leadership commitment to equity and inclusion.
This subsection supports organizations in developing data collection and management practices to ensure evidence-based decision-making. It provides tools to help organizations gather, analyze, and apply data that reflect the diverse needs of their clients and staff.
