In order to receive exclusive member pricing, a registrant needs to be an employee or affiliated with an AAISA member agency in good standing.

AAISA will issue full refunds for conference registrations less the registration processing fees for all written requests received on or before February 8, 2023. We regret that refunds will not be considered after this date. Substitutions are permitted when the name of the individual substituting is recorded using the online registration system here prior to February 27, 2023 at 5:00 pm (MST).

With PheedLoop they have a 1.9% transaction fee which is passed to the registrant. This only applies to transactions for tickets purchased via an integrated credit card processor, and by default is passed on to the delegates purchasing the tickets unless the option to pass transaction fees is disabled.
