This self-paced online course aims to simultaneously address the gaps in Small Centre support while recognizing the roles and limitations of settlement professionals across the province who often function in multiple roles to effectively support newcomer clients. This form of service for newcomers requires a broader skill set. We offer front-line staff of settlement and integration agencies in smaller centres the knowledge and practical skills required to manage their multiple responsibilities when serving culturally diverse clients.
We invite you to register the details of any of your staff members who are interested in undertaking the self paced course based on their choice and professional development need. Enrollment will be restricted to one course per participant.
