With the financial support of the provincial Ministry of Labour and Immigration, AAISA conducted a variety of stakeholder engagement activities to ensure that the needs, gaps, and challenges of Alberta’s settlement and integration sector are addressed through the Alberta Settlement and Integration Program (ASIP).

Stakeholder Engagement Process

AAISA engaged Alberta’s settlement and integration sector through a variety of methods to help support the Government of Alberta’s Ministry of Labour and Immigration’s ongoing knowledge and awareness in relation to ASIP. AAISA’s stakeholder engagement process included 31 one-on-one agency interviews and ten thematic focus groups with AAISA members.
