Registration fees:

Member Regular: $300 + GST + service and processing fees

Non-Member Regular: $400 + GST + service and processing fees

Student: $50 + GST + service and processing fees

Note: We are unable to process manual group registrations for cheque payments. However, group registrations are available through Eventbrite.

• Each day includes morning coffee,  lunch and morning and afternoon snacks and refreshments
• Access to over 30  sessions: Keynote presentations, panel discussions,  roundtable workshops,  and poster presentations

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

No cancellations and refunds will be granted after Monday, October 13.

If you’re unable to attend the conference you may designate someone to attend in your place. Requests must be made by the person registered and received by e-mail on or before Monday, October 13. No substitutions will be granted thereafter.

Blocks of rooms have been reserved at Wyndham Edmonton Hotel & Conference Centre for October 27 – 30, 2025. If booked by October 6, 2025 the rate is $159.00 for a King/Queen, subject to availability. Hotel’s room rates are subject to applicable provincial and local taxes (currently 9%) in effect at the time of check-in. Room rates are also subject to the Destination Marketing Fee of 3%.
