I have registered for an AAISA PD course/conference but haven't received a confirmation email.

If you have registered for an AAISA PD course or conference and have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find the confirmation, please contact our support team at PD@aaisa.ca for assistance.

I have registered for an AAISA PD course, which will start soon, but I haven't received a link to join.

If your course starts soon and you have not received a link to join, please check your email’s spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find the link, please contact us at PD@aaisa.ca, and we will resend the link to you.

I'm with an AAISA member organization and would like to pay for the membership fee/conference. What are the payment options? (Can I use a credit card to make the payment?)

You can use a credit card to pay for the membership fee or conference. We also accept payments via bank transfer and cheque. For more details on payment options, please get in touch with our finance team at accountant@aaisa.ca or communications@aaisa.ca

I lost my ID/PW for LMS/members sign-in. How can I retrieve it?

If you have lost your ID or password for LMS or member sign-in, you can reset it by clicking on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

I am a newcomer. How can AAISA help me?

AAISA supports newcomers by connecting them with local agencies that provide resettlement, settlement, and integration services. Please visit our Member Directory page for more information on how we can assist you.
