The 2022 AAISA Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at 4 p.m. The AGM will be conducted online through the Zoom platform.
How do I participate?
To attend the virtual AGM, take these two steps:
Step 1 – Register
Only members may vote at the annual meeting. Registering your intention to attend the meeting will allow us to count your votes throughout the meeting. Please register early to help us know how many attendees to expect. It only takes a few moments. Click on this link to register:
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
Step 2 – Join the Meeting
The Zoom meeting will open 30 minutes before the meeting allowing you time to get logged in and set up. Our Zoom support contact (Michelle Mak at email@example.com) will be assisting those unfamiliar with Zoom. When you first connect to the meeting you will be in the waiting room. Please be patient while we check you off the registration list and admit you to the meeting.
After you have been admitted to the meeting, be sure the screen name in your Zoom window is your first and last name and name of your agency.
Note: While our AGM is open to anyone, please note that only Regular & Associate member agencies in good standing will be allowed to vote (one representative per agency). To be a member or member association/organization in good standing, your AAISA membership fee must be paid and Terms of Engagement for AAISA Members form must be signed prior to the AGM every year. All members in good standing have a vote at the AGM and are eligible to be elected to the Board of Directors.
