AAISA will be offering two courses this spring: Managing Practitioner Stress and Burnout and Settlement and Transition Processes.

Although registration is now closed for Managing Practitioner Stress and Burnout (June 8-22; online), you can still register for 2D Settlement and Transition Processes, a two day face-to-face course, which will be offered in both Calgary and Edmonton. Find a full description of the course here.

Settlement and Transition Processes will provide participants with the knowledge required to understand the concepts of settlement, culture, and multiculturalism. You will acquire skills in: communication, accountability, professionalism, and ethics. Successful attendance/completion of this course will result in 15 hours of training towards Settlement Practitioner Certification.

Course fee: $50 for members; $250 for non-members
